Comments: WOW!!!! What a Night... it was SO GREAT to see everyone again... I forgot my digital Camera (go figure) SO, anyone that has pictures from our night of memories I would like to get copies... email is just fine. Funny though... got to say that the 20 year Reunion from Largo that we "CRASHED" sure seem rather a BORE... especially when the Congo line headed back a second time... they had security at the door... (What a bummer)

Well... I will be updating the website as I get info and content. It was SO GREAT to hang out with everyone and catch up on what has happen over the years and where everyone is now... if You weren't there we sure missed you and hope to see you during the 30th,

I will work on whittling down the "Lost Classmates" list and will then work on keeping everyone in the loop about the 30th so we can get even more folks at the next one. I will get with the committee and keep updates for this. There was a LOT of discuss about a "Cruise" for the 30th, Sounds like a Hoot, My aunt (which has her 50 coming up OMG!!!!) said a that here class went on a cruise and had a blast. I want to get as many folks notified as possible and have a Hum Dinger of a turn out.

Also, a HUGE THANK YOU to John Timpanelli for the GREAT JOB on the music... it was JUST AWESOME!!!

I wanted to pop in to say hello and share a few of my stats: After graduation, well maybe I won't go that far back. I've lived in Charlotte NC for about 8 years now - a great place. Bank of America has held me captive for 16 years, actually an accomplishment with all the downsizing I've managed to dodge. I also enjoy practicing Real Estate with my husband of 3 years Dane (as in Dane Warren Real Estate). To share more than just the facts, let me add we have a very active homelife, always changing gears with the business, bank and children coming and going. I went from pleasent solitude to a man in the house and 4 exceptionally great stepchildren ranging from 18 to 7 who give me the pleasure of seeing my mother and father in me. I also am a mother by my own right. We had a girl named Dana who is 19 months old. I am enjoying motherhood. I might even have another one. On a bragging note may I say we both turned 40 this year, not a big deal to admit since you're all 40 too, but...to celebrate we've planned a trip to Italy for just the two of us. We can hardly wait to go! I enjoyed making contact :), be well fellow classmates!

Comments: I thought I'd finally acknowledge that I'm still around. I work at the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library System as a Library Associate, hopefully someday soon I'll go back and get my Master's degree in Library & Information Services and become a full fledged Librarian (with more money, that hopefully I will be able to use to come to future Gulf High reunions), in the new Global Access Department. Some of you here in Atlanta and I noticed a couple of my classmates are up here -- I extend an open invitation to come and visit me at the Central Library's 4th floor. Now for a brief bit of sermonizing, for some of you that thought I would never graduate high school, let alone college --- well fooled you all -- I got a Bachelor's degree in History from the University Of South Florida back in 1987. Anyway, I moved up here to Atlanta in 1994, for both health and economic reasons. Yes, I'm still involved in politics (this is mainly for Debbie Prewitt, if she signs in again), this year I'm trying to help re-elect Max Cleland as Georgia's senior U.S. Senator, amongst others. I hope everyone is fine and really hope that no one was affected too closely by the events of 09/11/2001. Anyway, I wasn't able to attend the reunion last year, because I was too much working on going to Lincoln, NE, about the sametime for my family's reunion, sorry but everytime the class of '81 has a reunion, it seems I'm always involved with some other event. Of course keep me informed about a possible 25th or 30th reunion, if we make it to those two. Keep safe.

Comments: It's hard to believe...20 years. I've been in the area for most of the time. I work as an Occupational Therapist for Pasco Co. Schools, which has been highly rewarding. I have a son who is 14 and a freshman at Gulf High. I moved to Fl. during my junior yr. but made quite a few friends during my short stint at Gulf...kept in contact with a few and still seem some smiling alumni "hangin" around NPR. I am looking forward to seeing old faces (not literally, ha) at the reunion.

I'm living in Ebro, FL (just north of Panama City Beach)and work for a Civil Engineering contractor at Tyndall AFB. Spent 8 1/2 years in the USAF and still serve in the USAF Reserve. I'm married and have one stepson (Justin,19) and two sons (Joshua, 16 and Jacob 14)from a previous marriage. The ten year reunion was great. Hope to get some information about the 20th soon. I was intrested in the 20 Year reunion. I missed the others I was in the military and moved around a lot. I am one of those luck Gulf War Veterans with Gulf war syndrome. Class of 81, Oh the PARTIES we had. 20yr's done flew by like the river Styx, It is ALL A GRAND ILLUSION @ the Paridise, this thing we call life ;) I found out about the previous reunions after the fact. hope to make the 20th. I am a Paramedic/Instructor turned computer Geek, (Better Pay but I miss the streets). I hang out now in BATTLE CREEK MI. home of Tony the Tiger. Work over in dearborn(Detriot)MI for H.P. working on Ford Motor Co. Global Networks. course, class of 81 left behind a tradtion that could not be upheld or so I was told in later years by our underclassmen! They where saying how hard it was to find a GOOD party after we graduated. The graduation parties Rocked Though.. Hell I didn't get home until 6:30am the next morning. anyone NOT remember the party at Marsha Sutterland place.. Drip...Drip >:p It is cool to see Darin & Kelly still together. and all the others listed in the guestbook. I have 3 great kids of my own. Hope to hear from you all KEEP THE FAITH. 20YRS 2001!
