Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national organization for all middle and high school students. This organization provides students with the opportunity to apply business practices and develop leadership. FBLA members participate in four leadership conferences during the school year. ·         Fall Leadership Conference - occurs in the fall and is an opportunity for chapters to train new officers and motivate new members. Members of the chapters in District XI rally together and exchange ideas and make friends.

A Stretch For The Future

District Leadership Conference — occurs in January or February and is the district competition event. Winners from district competition are eligible to attend state competition. The 30 plus events can be written, performance or skill events.

Bringing Home The Gold!

State Leadership Conference — occurs in March or April and is the state competition event. Winners from statewide competition are eligible to attend national competition. There are workshops to refine member leadership skills and opportunities to make friends. National Leadership Conference — occurs in June or July and is the Grand Finale. This conference brings FBLA members from across the United States together for competitive events, workshops, career expos, and making friends.

FBLA meets once each month on Club Day during 3rd Period in Ms. Oster’s Room 225.
