 Project combines CARES and Gulf NJROTC NEW PORT RICHEY, Oct. 26, 2006. -- "The Power Is On." Mrs. Mudry and Chief Rodriguez (NJROTC) partnered up with the CEO of CARES (Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc.) and his staff to unite the NJROTC students presenting and educating the senior citizens of CARES. The participating NJROTC students will kick off their service learning project in December. This project will run through May 2007.
