School Advisory Councils meet at Gulf

GULF HIGH SCHOOL, Feb. 27, 2006. -- The School Advisory Council of Gulf High School and the SACs of neighboring schools whose students are zoned to attend Gulf in the future held a dinner meeting in the cafeteria tonight. We have some pictures.

Mr. Imerson wore his green jacket and green tie (GHS colors);
Dr. Lepley gave her famous pre-IB PowerPoint presentation.

Principals Stan Trapp of GMS and Terri Mutell of Marlow Elementary spoke about happenings at their schools.

Allison Hoskins of Richey Elementary and Carole Baird of Anclote Elementary spoke.

Principals Hope Schooler of Cotee River and Mimi Foster of Schwettman Education Center.

Long-time Locke Elementary Principal Dennis K. Taylor,
who is retiring, introduced his successor, Tammy Berryhill.

Mr. Brochu talked about upcoming improvements to the GHS facilities;
Dr. Lepley posed for the camera with her mom.

Students in the foreign language honor societies helped provide international foods for dinner.
