Buccaneer statue is dedicated

GULF HIGH SCHOOL, July 13, 2007—The display donated by the Class of 2007 was dedicated in a brief ceremony this morning in the commons area. The six-foot Buccaneer statue is surrounded by rocks, trees, bushes, a treasure chest, and sand. Students, staff members, parents, band members, NJROTC cadets, and cheerleaders attended. Renalia DuBose, assistant superintendent for the Pasco County School District was a special guest.

Mr. Imerson cryptically stated that the statue took a walk and viewed the entire campus on Tuesday.
