GULF HIGH SCHOOL, Nov. 17, 2004. -- The new City Manager of New Port Richey, J. Scott Miller (right), visited our campus today and was shown around by Mr. Imerson.

Mr. Miller, from College Park, Ga., was recently hired by the New Port Richey City Council to replace the former city manager, Gerald Seeber.
