Adam Durden joins the GHS staff

Adam Durden GULF HIGH SCHOOL, Oct. 12, 2005. -- The newest employee to join our staff is Adam Durden. Mr. Durden is one of our three administative assistants in charge of student discipline. The others are Mr. Schweiger and Mrs. Voorhees.

Mr. Durden is a 2000 graduate of Pasco High School and he also attended the University of Central Florida with an academic scholarship. He studied engineering. He was born in Dade City. He lives in the house in which he was born, as he recently purchased it.

He says he is not related to W. R. Durden, who was the principal of Gulf High School from 1962 to 1971.

Adam Durden officially started work here on Sept. 30.
