Gulf newsletter wins first place statewide award

GULF HIGH SCHOOL, Dec. 5, 2003—Gulf High School's newsletter, the Gulf High Gazette, has won a first place statewide award from the Sunshine State School Public Relations Association. Mrs. Wallace, who edits the newsletter, is pictured above with Mr. Imerson. They accepted the award in Tampa this morning. The newsletter is published once per quarter and is mailed to parents. It also appears on the school's website. Mr. Imerson decided last year that a newsletter should be published by the school. Mrs. McNulty originally edited the newsletter. She was succeeded this year by Mrs. Wallace.
