Gulf teachers attend literacy institute

The Gulf High School Principal and selected teachers attended a two-day conference devoted to strategies to improve student literacy in middle and high schools.

The Secondary Literacy Institute was held on July 21 and 22, 2004, at River Ridge Middle/High School. It was conducted by personnel from the Pasco County School District.

In the picture are Mr. Imerson, the Gulf Principal, and teachers Hlad, Starkey, Wildey, Dugger, Gedraitis, and Klompus.

The poster indicates Gulf High School is on the fast track to literacy.
