NEW PORT RICHEY, May 12, 2005. -- Joshua Smith was honored as Gulf's turnaround student of the year at a lunch at the Spartan Manor today. The awards program honored a recipient from each of Pasco County's middle and high schools. Assistant Principal Dr. Deborah Lepley (standing) presented the award to Joshua.
